Fun with Education at Home
A Few Simple Resources
With the vast array of resources available online, don’t be overwhelmed. We’re highlighting a few really good ones to help you keep home education informative and fun.
Here are a few to start with.
Take a virtual trip through an aquarium:
- Let Heidi tell you about eels and kelp on a virtual field trip at the Seattle Aquarium.
- Guide yourselves through select exhibits at the National Aquarium.
Fabulous offerings from Scholastic
- We really love this one. I have been doing the Pre-K series. It offers a story each day and several related theme activities.
Let’s keep fit
- My UK clients have taught me about Joe Wicks. These are his workouts specifically for kids and families. He has much more, including for seniors.
- Cosmic Kids has a wonderful yoga series for children.
Tomatis at home- now offering reduced rates
- You and your child now have the time to do a home training. It’s a wonderful bonding experience when you and your child or family do it together. It also enhances development in significant ways. We have reduced our rates during this crisis to ensure availability for families.
